Deposit IDR:
Click on "Wallet" - "Deposit"
Click on "Wallet" - "Deposit"
Select " IDR" on the "Select Currency" page.
On the deposit page, you need to fill in the following information:
1.Payment Method: Click ⬇️ and select your payment method.
2.Amount: Enter the amount you need to deposit in the text box.
After confirming the deposit information is correct, click "Confirm" .
💡 Note:
- Please ensure that the balance of the payment method you choose is sufficient and complete the deposit according to the payment instructions that will pop up later.
- The arrival time depends on the bank's processing and your payment platform's review process.
Withdraw IDR:
Click on "Wallet" - "Transfer"
Click on "Wallet" - "Transfer"
Select " IDR" on the "Select Currency" page.
1.In Withdraw, click "Select Recipient"
If you haven't added an account before, click "Add" .
Fill in the Add New Recipient page:Click "Confirm" to complete the binding.
- Bank Name : Select your bank.
- Account Name : Enter the account name.
- Account Number : Enter your bank account number.
2.Amount : Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
3.After confirming the withdrawal information is correct, click " Confirm ".
💡 Note:
- The withdrawal time mainly depends on the bank's review and processing.
- Please ensure that the receiving account name matches your bank information to avoid withdrawal failure.
