Completing KYC will unlock all features of the APP (such as card application and wallet management) and improve your account security. Please follow these 3 steps:

Click "KYC Now" to start the KYC process.
First, you need to fill out your personal information. After making sure all information is correct, tap Next to continue.
Please select the country and region that matches your identification document, and please do not include spaces when entering your name.
Then, you need to submit documents to verify your identity, select the document type, and upload the relevant document. Also, you need to input the number of documents you submitted and the expiry date. After that, tap Next to continue.
Please note that copies, scans, screenshots, damaged IDs, or unclear IDs are not supported. Verification requires photos of the original ID to ensure that all information on the ID is clearly visible
The last step is face verification. Tap Start to continue.
Tap Continue to start the process.
Once completed, your information is verified by the risk control team. You can tap Home page to check your KYC process at any time.
To ensure your facial verification passes smoothly on the first attempt, please strictly follow these requirements:

1.Remove glasses and avoid reflective objects

  • Must take off glasses, sunglasses, masks, hats, and caps;
  • Avoid reflections from glasses, helmets, phone screens, or other shiny objects that may interfere with the camera.

2.Keep your entire face fully inside the frame

  • Your whole face (from forehead to chin) must be completely inside the designated oval or square frame on the screen;
  • Do not be too far or too close to the camera — fill the frame as prompted;
  • Face the camera straight on; do not tilt, look down, look up, or turn sideways.

3.Ensure sufficient and even lighting

  • Use bright, frontal lighting; avoid backlighting, side lighting, overhead shadows, or very dark environments;
  • Do not perform verification under direct strong sunlight or in places with heavy shadows.

4.Must be performed by the ID holder in person — no cheating

  • Only the person whose ID is being verified can perform the scan;
  • Using photos, videos, printed pictures, pre-recorded videos, 3D masks, or having someone else substitute will be detected as an attack and will result in immediate failure (and possibly permanent) failure.

5.Only you should appear on the camera

  • No other people or faces are allowed in the background or frame during verification.

6.Use the real front/rear camera of your phone

  • Do not use screen recording, remote control, virtual cameras, screen mirroring, or virtual camera software;
  • The system will detect if the feed is not coming directly from a real mobile device camera.

7.Your current appearance should reasonably match your ID photo

  • Significant differences from your ID photo (e.g., major plastic surgery, drastic weight change, extreme beard/makeup/hairstyle changes) may cause failure. In such cases, visit an offline service center with valid ID.

8.Maintain a natural expression and follow on-screen actions

  • The system may ask you to blink, open your mouth, nod, or turn your head;
  • Perform each action naturally, with sufficient amplitude, and complete it in one smooth motion.
