Physical cards can be used for ATM withdrawals, offline POS machine purchases, and global online shopping.
Physical Card Application Process:
APP bottom navigation bar click Card - Apply for Physical Card [→] to enter the application physical card page - “Apply Now”.

Fill in the application card information:
After the input is complete, click "Pay" .
- Postal Address: Click the "✏️" icon on the right and fill in the detailed shipping address (Please ensure that the Postal Address is detailed and can be used to receive physical card delivery.).
- Phone Number: Enter your Phone Number.
- Promo Code: If you have a discount code, please enter it in the box (Optional).
Enter Security Code : Enter your Security Code in the 6-digit box.
- If you don't have enough balance in your wallet, please tap Deposit to deposit funds into your wallet first.
- If you have enough balance, tap Pay to purchase your card!
After the input is complete, click "Pay" .
⚠️ Note:
Physical Card Application Status and Activation Process:
- Delivery time : The card is usually sent within 7 working days , and if there is a public holiday, it will be postponed.
- Address Accuracy: Since the physical card involves mailing, please make sure that the shipping address (especially the zip code and street information) is absolutely accurate.
- Balance check: Please make sure you have enough USDT balance in your wallet before paying.
- Progress inquiry: If you want to know the follow-up progress, you can check it at the "Check the progress of the card application" at the bottom of the Card homepage.
Physical Card Application Status and Activation Process:
1.Card application progress: Click on "Card" at the bottom of the APP, - "Check the progress of the card application" - On the Details page, you can check the application progress of the card and the logistics tracking number(Can check the shipping status of the card through the Hongkong Post official website).

2.Activate Card：
- If you have received the card, please click "Activate Card" - Enter the activation code - Click " Confirm ".
⚠️ Note:
Please keep the card packaging properly and do not discard it until it is successfully activated.
