A: TEVAU provides physical and virtual cards, but a certain application fee needs to be paid when applying for the card;
Specific fees can be found at:

- VISA - if the virtual card has not been traded for 4 consecutive months, the card will be cancelled;
- The ATM withdrawal exchange rate is subject to the local bank;
A: The fee for applying for physical and virtual card payment is the application card fee and will not be credited to the account;
A: Currently, virtual cards are not supported to be upgraded to physical cards, and you need to reapply for a physical card;
A: Click on TEVAU APP-card page - " Card & CVV " to view;

A:
1. Deposits need to be made in the “wallet”;
2. Click "Wallet" - Deposit - Get the deposit address to add to the platform where you hold assets - Withdraw;(Before making a deposit, please confirm whether the deposit address and network are correct to avoid losses caused by errors!)
3. Once your deposit is successful, the amount will appear in your Wallet.
You can go to Home > Top up Card to top up your card using your wallet balance.
A: After closing the card, it cannot be restored for use. Once it is confirmed that the closure is irreversible, please operate with caution!
The Close Card application fee will not be refunded, but the balance on the card will be returned to the wallet.
A: Supports adding to Google Pay;
A: The minimum age requirement for TEVAU KYC is 18 years old;
A: Visa can apply for 5 physical cards and 1 virtual cards;
A: Physical card valid period 3 years;
Virtual card valid period 3 years;A: If there is no transaction for 4 consecutive months, the card will be closed. After the card is closed, the balance will be returned to the wallet.
Physical cards do not have this requirement.A: Card information leakage will lead to, in order to avoid more losses in capital, it is recommended that lock the card and close the card as soon as possible.
