Q: Do I need to pay to apply for a card?

A: TEVAU provides physical and virtual cards, but a certain application fee needs to be paid when applying for the card;

  1. VISA - if the virtual card has not been traded for 4 consecutive months, the card will be cancelled;
  2. The ATM withdrawal exchange rate is subject to the local bank;
Q: Will the fee for applying for card payment be credited to my account?

A: The fee for applying for physical and virtual card payment is the application card fee and will not be credited to the account;

Q: I have applied for a virtual card and want to upgrade to a physical card. Can I pay the difference?

A: Currently, virtual cards are not supported to be upgraded to physical cards, and you need to reapply for a physical card;

Q: How do I check my Visa card  virtual card full card number, CVV and valid period?

A: Click on TEVAU APP-card page - " Card & CVV " to view;

Note : In order to ensure the safety of your funds, please do not disclose card information such as card number, valid period, and CVV to others;
Q: The card application was successful, but why can't I Top up?

A:

1. Deposits need to be made in the “wallet”;

2. Click "Wallet" - Deposit - Get the deposit address to add to the platform where you hold assets - Withdraw;

(Before making a deposit, please confirm whether the deposit address and network are correct to avoid losses caused by errors!)

3. Once your deposit is successful, the amount will appear in your Wallet.

You can go to Home > Top up Card to top up your card using your wallet balance.

Q: Can the physical card/virtual card Close Card be restored for use?Will the money for buying the card be refunded to me?

A: After closing the card, it cannot be restored for use. Once it is confirmed that the closure is irreversible, please operate with caution!

    The Close Card application fee will not be refunded, but the balance on the card will be returned to the wallet.

Q: Does it support binding TEVAU physical/virtual cards with Google Pay?

A: Supports adding to Google Pay;

Q: Can I purchase and use the card if I am 17?

A: The minimum age requirement for TEVAU KYC is 18 years old;

Q: Is there a limit to the number of application cards?

A: Visa can apply for 5 physical cards and 1 virtual cards;

Q: How long is the card valid for?

A: Physical card valid period 3 years;

     Virtual card valid period 3 years;
Q: Is there a situation where the card will be recycled if not used? Is there a requirement for how long it must be used? Are the requirements for virtual cards and physical cards the same?

A: If there is no transaction for 4 consecutive months, the card will be closed. After the card is closed, the balance will be returned to the wallet.

Physical cards do not have this requirement.
Q: What should I do if my card has been stolen/leaked?

A: Card information leakage will lead to, in order to avoid more losses in capital, it is recommended that lock the card and close the card as soon as possible.
