If no transactions occur for 90 consecutive days:
The system may charge a $3 inactivity-related fee in accordance with the card rules.
If the card balance is sufficient to cover the relevant fee, the card will remain in active status.
For every subsequent 30 consecutive days without any transaction:
The system may continue to charge a $1 inactivity-related fee according to the rules.
If the card balance is sufficient to cover the relevant fee, the card will remain in active status.
If the card balance is insufficient at the time of fee deduction:
The remaining balance may be deducted, and the card may be temporarily frozen.
If the frozen card is not handled further, the card may be permanently closed.
