⚠️ Note:
- To protect your funds, the system will ask you to enter a "security code". After verification, the screen will display the complete card number, expiration date, and 3-digit CVV security code.
- Tevau always encourages users to use cards safely. It is not recommended to disclose any sensitive card information (including card number, validity period, CVV, etc.) to others or fill it out on unidentified and insecure websites.
How to check PIN/ATM withdrawal password?
If you hold a Physical Card, you need to use a PIN code when withdrawing cash from an ATM or making offline purchases at a POS machine.
In the "More Features" area, click 🔑 "PIN/ATM Password" - enter "Security Code" to check the ATM withdrawal password.

⚠️Note:
Please keep your PIN safe and do not disclose it at will to avoid loss in capital.
Other management functions:
- Freeze: If the card is lost or temporarily unused, click this button to lock the card immediately to prevent fraud. (During Freeze, please do not enable automatic subscription to avoid payment failure triggering Declined fees.)
- Limit: You can view daily or single consumption limits.
- Application History: View the history of the application card.
- Close Card: The card can be closed, but after closing the card, it cannot be used anymore. The fee for closing the card is 2 USD.
- Recent Transactions: You can view the history of each transaction, card application, deposit, etc.
