Note:
  1. VISA - if the virtual card has not been traded for 4 consecutive months, the card will be cancelled. Please refer to the inactive rules:https://tevau.tawk.help/article/inactive-rule;
  2. The ATM withdrawal exchange rate is subject to the local bank;
  3. Small transactions : ≤ 3 USD transactions are small transactions;
  4. Declined transactions include but are not limited to:
  • Insufficient card balance, transaction failed
  • Card freezing caused transaction failure
  • The transaction failed due to incorrect card information (CVV, expiration date, PIN)
  • Other failed transactions will result in a declined transaction fee
