Enhance Account Security:

Google Authenticator generates a 6-digit code as an additional layer of security, especially for sensitive operations (such as viewing PIN or CVV, changing Google Authentication code, etc.). This code ensures that only authorized users can access these key functions, strengthening the protection of your Tevau;

Importance of Google Authentication Key Backup:

Note the importance of the "Google Authentication Key Backup". Please keep this key carefully as it will be important in case of a lost phone or data loss. If you lose your phone in the future, the Google Authentication Key backup will allow you to regain access to Tevau;

Google Authenticator Setting:

To keep your Tevau account secure, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Google Authenticator App: First, download the Google Authenticator App from your phone’s app store.

2. Open TEVAU-"Me"-"Setting"-"Google Authenticator"-"Bind Google Authenticator";

3. Open the "Google Authenticator App", click the "+" symbol, and select the "Scan QR code" or "Enter setup key" option;

4.  Scan QR code: After successfully scanning the Google authentication QR code of Tevau-app, the "Google Authenticator App" will generate a 6-digit verification code that refreshes every 30 seconds;

    Copy the "Google Authentication Key": On the page for entering account details, enter the account name (such as Tevau or Key), paste the Google Authentication Key of Tevau-app into "Key", and click "Add" to complete the setting;

5.  Copy the 6-digit verification code generated by "Google Authenticator App" and paste it into Tevau;

6.  Get the email verification code and enter it, click "Confirm" to complete the binding of Google Authenticator;

By following the steps above, you have successfully set up Google Authentication for your Tevau account, providing an extra layer of security;

Resolving Google Verification Code Errors:

Synchronize the Time:

1. IOS Devices: Adjust the system time zone on your phone.

2. Android Devices (Using Google Authenticator app): Follow these steps:

  • Open the main menu of the Google Authenticator app.
  • Tap the "More" icon, then select "Settings."
  • Tap "Time correction for codes."
  • Tap "Sync now."

The app will confirm that the time has been synced, enabling you to log in. Please note that this time sync feature exclusively affects the internal time of the Google Authenticator app and does not alter the "Date and Time" settings on your device.

These steps are designed to resolve common issues related to Google verification codes. If the problem persists, please contact the official customer service in time to assist in handling it.
