We understand that issues may arise during the verification process. We aim to provide you with clear insights and solutions to common issues that may arise during KYC verification;
Reason for authentication failure:
  1. The certificate type is not supported: submit documents according to the APP prompts. For example, the APP displays passport, ID card, driving license; If a pass is submitted, verification fails;
  2. Unqualified ID photos: TEVAU does not support copies, scans, screenshots, damaged IDs or unclear IDs. Verification requires photos of the original ID to ensure that all information on the ID is clearly visible;
Reasons for facial recognition failure:
  1. Reflection from glasses: During the face recognition process, reflection from glasses may affect the verification process. To ensure successful verification, please take off your glasses when performing face recognition;
  2. Facial capture is incomplete: Successful facial recognition requires your face to be completely captured in the frame. Please make sure your entire face is in the correct position within the frame during the verification process;
  3. Does not match the ID photo: When there is a big difference between facial recognition and the ID photo, it is recommended that you use your valid ID for facial recognition;
  4. Other situations during the facial recognition process: If other people appear in the camera during the facial recognition process, or the system recognizes that you are using a mobile phone, verification will fail;
  5. Face and identity do not match: Facial recognition must be completed by the ID holder himself. Other people or methods such as using ID photos/pre-recorded videos will cause abnormalities, resulting in review failure;
Repeat verification:Each user's identity information can only verify one account. Even if different types of identity documents are submitted, the system will detect it based on the identity information, and repeated account verification will fail;
Basic information about the problem:Please submit basic information that is accurate to that on your ID, including first and last name, date of birth and ID number;
